21 Daily Practices

Here are links to 21 Daily Practices.

These are designed to be done in order, and I encourage you to do no more than one a day, in this order, at the least the first time through.

After you’ve done them once, you can feel free to repeat the ones you really liked, but I also encourage you to repeat the whole 21-Day Process two or three times. Your understanding will deepen as you do it.

As you go through again, you will discover what you have learned and be able to see how you have grown since the last time!
